The Gentile Packaging Machinery Cartridge Filler is a semi-automatic piston filler that is designed to fill viscous products into cartridges and other small containers. Range of fill is from 0.2ml to 4ml, and fill volume is easily adjusted and set by hand. The GPM Cartridge Filler features a computerized HMI that allows the operator to easily set up the machine and control three separate heaters to keep product flowing smoothly throughout the machine. This filler includes an adjustable tray with V style guide to make the process easy when presenting the cartridges by hand, and also has a hosed attachment which allows the operator to fill cartridges that are pre-loaded into a cartridge tray. The GPM Cartridge Filler can be easily integrated into an automatic GPM Filling System.
