GPM Cottoners insert cotton quickly and efficiently into a wide variety of shapes and sizes of glass or plastic containers. Automatic models are suggested for on-line operations and can be supplied with a stainless steel conveyor. Semi-automatic models insert cotton at speeds of up to 30 bottles per minute and are supplied on a stainless steel fitted base with adjustable shelf. Automatic models operate at speeds up to 60 bottles per minute and are supplied with an adjustable stainless steel table and all necessary air cylinders and micro switches for mounting on conveyor units.
