COUNT VERIFIERS

GPM Tablet/Capsule Count Verifiers are a simple system to verify pill counts in a filling operation. Delron plates are pre-drilled to match the capsule or tablet size being filled. Bottle is manually emptied onto Delron plate, and the pills are spread into the pre-cut holes in the template. Once the count is verified, a stainless steel chute is opened and pills fall back into the bottle, which sits under the funnel. Changeovers for different sizes are fast and simple.
