Gentile Packaging Machinery Piston Fillers are semi-automatic fillers that are used for filling liquids and viscous products in fills up to 1000ml, depending on the size of the piston and cylinder supplied. The fill volume is easily adjusted by hand, providing an accurate and consistent fill volume throughout production. All product contact parts are food grade, making GPM Piston Fillers ideal for food and beverage products as well as dietary supplements, cosmetics, household products, and more. GPM Piston Fillers come with an adjustable bottle tray and V bracket to accommodate many sizes and styles of containers, and are very easy to set up, clean, and change over. Product cycle is initiated by pressing a foot pedal. GPM Piston fillers can also be equipped to handle hot filled products.
