THE GENTILE PUMP FILLER

The Gentile Pump Filler is a semiautomatic filling system that uses a variable speed DC motor, connected to a TEEL fluid gear pump. The Gentile Pump Filler allows the user to set the fill by adjusting the actual turns of the pump and adjusting the speed of the pump motor. These are accomplished through the use of the operator interface. The system is capable of filling ranges from 1 oz to 1 gallon, and can be supplied for filling 5 gallon containers as well. The Gentile Pump Filler may be upgraded for use on an automatic filling line by adding a sensor, bottle indexer, and PLC programming.
